Terms & Conditions

General Reminder:


  • Since everyone is unique, and the body condition is also different from time to time, therefore, treatment and checking items may vary for each session.

  • All services, consultation or sessions charges do not include any additional supplies, nutritional supplements, essential oils, photocopies, other special treatments or services, etc.  After session phone call or messages consultation are not inclusive, and will be considered as Online Consultation. 

  • Session extension charges are prorated per 15 min.

  • Clients are encouraged to be proactive to book for a follow-up session at the end of the consultation for monitoring the progress before leaving.

  • Sessions on Saturdays require HKD $200 additional charge per person per session.

  • Packages must be completed within the required period. Clients have to pay back the price difference between the original price and the discounted price for continual usage of sessions.  Otherwise, the uncompleted sessions will be invalid.

  • All the session fees or charges are subject to change without prior notice. 

  • Only CASH, FPS or Bank Transfer are accepted as payment method.

  • Customer must pay at the time of receiving any service provided by Solarwoods Wellness.  All the amount paid to Solarwoods Wellness Ltd will not be refunded.   

  • Customer must pay or settle the full amount of the item selected before ordering process proceed.  All items sold and/or pre-ordered are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. 

  • We are sorry that no delivery service could be provided.  Self-pick-up could be arranged. Thank you.

  • Solarwoods Wellness reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

  • In the event of any dispute, Solarwoods Wellness reserves the right to make the final decision.


Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy:


  • Being late will shorten the consultation time or treatment time accordingly or may regarded as session extension.  Please be punctual.  Thank you.

  • 24 hours in advance notice to Solarwoods Wellness is required for any cancellation or time changes. Otherwise, a 100% charge will be incurred.  Thank you for your understanding. 


  • Emergency exemption:

   

If the customer fails to fulfill the notification requirements due to the following circumstances, the above charges may be waived, but the customer must notify the company as soon as possible afterwards and provide relevant supporting documents:


      * Sudden serious illness or accident of the customer himself/herself or his/her immediate family;

      * Natural disasters or government-declared emergencies;

      * Other emergencies deemed reasonable by the company.


The above fees will be deducted from the customer's advance payment fee or the next appointment fee; if there is no prepayment, the company will issue a payment notice, and the customer must pay it within 7 calendar days.



Typhoon or Bad Weather Conditions:


  • Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, Black Rainstorm Warning or extreme conditions are in effect within 3 hours of the appointment or hoisted after 3pm, Solarwoods Wellness will be closed that day.

  • Due to bad weather, the appointment will be automatically cancelled without incurring any charges.  Reschedule of the appointment will be arranged as soon as available.

  • Solarwoods Wellness will re-open 3 hours after cancellation of Typhoon Signal No. 8, Black Rainstorm Warning and any extreme conditions, conditions permitting.
